Coach Saloni’s 4 C programs
Neuroscience based models of change can guide leaders and emerging leaders to not only make impact and unlock their potential, but it can also help them to transcend their own fears to chart out a way forward to inspire and influence their stakeholders and shareholders.
Today, we have evidence that effective leadership starts in the brain. We also know that our brain is plastic in nature and changes till the day we die. It has the ability to rewire itself continuously and can thereby create new habits and behavior.
Leaders who understand neuroscience know the importance of:
- The dynamics between thought and emotion and its influence over our communication
- How the clarity of a destination | target | goal helps chart a road map forward
- The physical | digital environment which impacts the team’s productivity
- Change to be the only constant in our environment.
The 4 C programs I teach are based on deep research insights that have emerged from neuroscience and cognitive sciences that give us a greater understanding of how to enhance leadership performance and impact. The programs provide hands- on application of concepts and techniques derived from neuroscience to improve individual performance as well as that of the team and organization.
1. Communication is the currency of doing business. Every word we write or speak emerges from the mind,
its primary source is our thought and our beliefs. When we communicate with purpose, conviction and power the message usually lands well.
This program focuses on:
- Understanding the operating model of the source of our communication
- Learning 5 powerful communication skills to lead.
- Managing Fear and Anxiety while speaking to 1 or 100
2. Clarity of a target or a goal helps us get there. We really cannot reach a target we cannot see clearly.
Only 4 % of the people in the world set goals in their lives and the rest are usually working for them.
This program focuses on:
- The brains way of understanding the pursuit of a goal
- The set of cognitive skills, and abilities collectively known as executive function and executive presence that leaders need to propel behavior that moves people towards a goal
- How does a leader move himself and others from a fixed to growth mindset?
3. Change is hard in the brain and in business. However, the power of neuroplasticity lies in unleashing our brain’s agility and resilience.
Change begins within and then radiates outside.
This program focuses on:
- The 4 step method of managing change within and in our environment
4. Culture is the glue that binds people relationships and organization values together in any organization.
The good news is that the brain is a social organ and we are all born to connect.
