What can I expect at this retreat?

Rewire

Your mind. Mental patterns that keep you stuck in your past. Release past pain and install a new pattern that takes you towards peace of mind. Experience twice daily group meditations, in the morning and dusk and engage in a sacred light practice offered only at this retreat.

Reboot

Your body. Learn the daily energy routine that will help to balance your individual energy fields. The techniques are simple yet potent. These are a set of 8 exercises that boost and restore energy, increase vitality and resilience, strengthen the immune system and help with grounding.

Rejuvenate

Your soul. It needs attention to. Enjoy deeper conversations on the meaning and purpose of life with yourself and others. Develop a personal connection with your fellow attendees.

Nourish

Your Body. Enjoy a natural detox diet, locally sourced healthy meals designed in collaboration by our host Karishma.

Venue & Host

Nestled in the wondrous lanes of alibag lies a 7 yr. old bungalow “Sitaram Bagh”. It’s architecture resembles a long lost haweli in which many stories would probably have been told.
It’s location is just about 15 min from the mandwa jetty.

The home offers a calm and serene backdrop for us to dive deep into our inner strength and beauty.

Karishma is our host for the weekend.

Sitaram Bagh, Near Mauli Resorts (on google maps), Alibag. You will receive a location pin on confirmation of your attendance.

Your only priority for these days is going to be self-care. Caring for your mind, body and soul is all that will be on the calendar.

Departure time from Mumbai will be dependent on Ferry timings.
Departure time from Alibaug will also be dependent on Ferry timings.

- Yoga, energy medicine routine, followed by morning meditation

FAQ’s

Saloni Suri Founder of “The Coach” will conduct this retreat. Saloni is a certified energy medicine and meditation teacher.
The 2 nights and 2 days program is inclusive of course material, all buffet meals, coffee and tea at venue.

Covid Guidelines

  • We expect the attendees to take responsibility of their health condition while travelling for the meditation retreat
  • When you board M2M ferry kindly choose the sitting option of outdoors.
  • Thermal screening will be done on arrival and every morning during the stay
  • Social distancing norms will be maintained during the course of the retreat
  • If you have been exposed to a vulnerable environment / or have any covid related symptoms for the safety of other co-attendees kindly keep yourself safe at home. We are sure you will have other opportunities of attending our subsequent mediation retreats
